COUNSELING INTERN

Ms. Brianna Jackson is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. She works with children, teens, and couples who are ready to break free from cycles of self-doubt, communication struggles, and relationship challenges. Whether it’s a child learning healthy ways to handle big feelings, a teen searching for confidence and direction, or a couple navigating trust and healing after betrayal, Brianna   provides a safe and supportive space to grow and reconnect.

Brianna is currently earning her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where she is developing advanced skills to support clients with care and compassion. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in 2020 and has experience supporting individuals, families, and couples through life’s toughest seasons.

At Breaking Through, Brianna helps children and teens find their voice, build resilience, and strengthen bonds with family and friends. She also works with couples who want to improve communication, deepen intimacy, and rebuild trust. Her goal is always the same: to help clients create stronger relationships—with themselves and with those they love.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find Brianna experimenting with new recipes, taking peaceful walks on the greenway, or enjoying her favorite Disney movies like Inside Out and Soul.
